Challenge
Ninepine, a fashion brand based in Stockholm, wanted to improve its conversion rates but was struggling to turn traffic into sales. The challenge was to grow their CRO performance through structured A/B testing while coordinating multiple teams and keeping communication fast and clear.
Goal
As Project Manager at Unmade, my role was to lead the project end-to-end: aligning daily metric reviews, client communication, and creative + strategic direction across designers, developers, QA, and researchers. We aimed to optimize the site experience, product pages, cart, email marketing flows, and brand identity elements to drive measurable growth.
Result
Successfully improved conversion rates through continuous testing and implementation of winning variants. Delivered site component updates, UX refinements, and new strategies that strengthened Ninepine’s online presence and boosted revenue.
